Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling
We require seventy two (72) hour notice for cancelled or rescheduling of appointments. An administrative fee may be imposed for patients that do not adhere to this policy. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Some patients have been waiting a long period of time for an appointment, and they may be able to seen in your place if you cancel/reschedule in a timely manner. Please be aware that if you have to reschedule the waiting time for another appointment may be as long as 1-2 months. We understand that unforeseen emergencies and circumstances occur and we will try to accommodate your situation to the best of our ability.
